Black Bar

Our broad range of black bar is available in full lengths or cut to size. Available in both S275 grades, we carry stock from 3mm to 50mm thick, and widths from 10mm to 450mm.

We carry multiple sizes in the following main shape groups:

• Flat
• Rectangular
• Round
• Small Angle
• Square
• T-Section.

In addition to our stock of black bar in standard 6 metre lengths, we can offer precision cut plasma profiling to any shape you require, in thicknesses from 5mm to 150mm. Please see our profiling section for further information.

Engineering Grade Bar

Our broad range of engineering grade steel comes in flat, hexagon, round & square bar. We supply in bundles, individual lengths and cut pieces.

Our stocks include free-cutting, mild, and higher tensile steels. Our alloy range is available from 150M19 (EN14) to 826M40 (EN26) - see below for all options. We can also supply other grades, including tool steel (DIN 1.2379/1.2510 AISI D2/O1), silver steel, key steel (BS46) and cast iron to SG 400-15 and 500-7.

We can also arrange for bright bar to be turned, drawn, or machined to tight tolerances.
