Our in-house surface preparation, primer painting and new intumescent fire protection services are dedicated to supplying coated steel quickly to your construction site or steel building or manufacturing premises. In-house services based at our Stockbridge Works and Prospect Works sites include:

Furthermore, we can arrange and manage a range of other steel surface treatment services, including:

Utilising the latest technology in airless spraying in our dedicated spraying plant, we offer a high-quality primer painting service.
All sizes and shapes of material can be primer-painted, and:
- Fully UKCA certified to the requirements of BS EN 1090-1
- Offered in standard red oxide, grey, or colours to suit your requirements
- Shot-blasting prior to painting is available
- Guaranteed tolerance of WFT 75 microns
- Quick drying paint is used to offer rapid turnaround to meet your on-site requirements
- AIRLESSCO SL800 airless spraying unit for rapid, uniform and reliable application.
