Profiling

Our new in-house, fully UKCA certified profiling service enables us to supply precision cut structural steel plates, and high-definition plasma processing, to cut any shape for signs, gates, railings, manhole covers, and all manner of fabrication projects.

Our Plasma Profiling facility allows us to offer profiled plates from 5mm thick to 150mm thick.

We use the KRONOS KR 32 SP gantry automatic CNC thermal cutting system, precision profiling using HYPERTHERM XPR300 HD Truhole technology. Our 12x3 metre bed enables us to load and unload whilst the plasma machine continues to cut away.

Our on-board CNC-controlled drilling facility enables holes up to 40mm diameter to be drilled and tapped.

The precision finish from the plasma head cuts easily in S275 and high-yield S355 plate, up to 50mm thickness. The on-board Oxy Acetylene torch easily cuts profiles up to 150mm thick.
